DeAnn is wonderful! She is thorough, professional and always makes us feel like family.
This company has very bad customer service, unbelievably bad. After an incident of my being in bit of a rush to get a second vehicle insured due to my main vehicle not starting, I was ignored, and I called 5 times during normal business hours What is worse, is that I tried to transfer my policies to Matt Bjornn, here in Cottage Grove, however, Mathison intercepted this perfectly legit transfer, spoke to him, he then declined my transfer, and I live in Cottage Grove! RecommendedI cannot say enough good things about DeAnn, her agency AND her staff! They put their customers needs first and make their customers happiness a priority. Great team and a very welcoming atmosphere.
Overall really good. But I have called 3 times in the last 2 weeks and I can't seem to get ahold of anyone. Got it taken care off.
Been with 2 State Farm agents, thus lady here is a blessing to her clients and her friends!
