Received “PRESUIT DEMAND LETTER” wanting an outrageous amount of money…..4 months after a car accident on interstate. I was never made aware that they sent a bill to my car insurance and that my car insurance refused to pay it. After speaking to the lady who sent the letter, “Cindy”, she said she would send a bill to me. She sent a whole packet of bullshit. Sept 2024 i had a honda civic catch fire on I 64. As a courtesy i pulled the car entirely off asphalt into a rock slide to not disrupt traffic, called fire dept and tow truck. State police & VDOT which patrolls the highway assited. The entire incident was over and out in about 40 minutes. 7 months later i received a $600 bill from deangelo contracting claiming damages. As no damages occured i contacted DCS and questioned. She responded because they flipped their sighn up and VDOT hired them and notified them of this incident... read more
