I use Deane’s for all my automotive needs, from oil changes to transmission replacement, from classic cars to late model. I highly recommend Bob & Barbara as they get it done right and they stand behind their work.
Have I received an oil change they checked over my car and found out there were some other issues and things I needed to be taken care of. I was pleased with the service. It was pleased with the fact that they took the extra step to check out the rest of my car, I would use them again and they’re very professional.
customer service 10/10 Ability to diag 1/10 Barbara real nice sweet and straight to the point I loved the constant reminder of her wanting to save you money and spend your money right. Then proceeded to just do a OBD2 scan of my truck (which apparently is 2 hours of diag lol) read 6 codes then proceeded to say truck was broken because it was tuned, then after I said the motor was recently built with performance parts switched to saying it’s a build issue and that I shouldn’t invest more money into the truck because it has ma... read more
