Had the opportunity to purchase my first proper 'premium' vehicle brand with Leigh at Deane Motors. From start to finish nothing was a problem, we communicated everyday (this was a distance sale), I had videos of the car and regular updates on the progress of my purchase. Purchased our car from Deane through Lee who was always really helpful to allay any technical worries we had. He delivered what he promised albeit later than expected due to electric handbrake alarm needing through investigation and fixed. I have no hesitation to recommend this dealership. Dishonest team who take no accountability for the horrendous cars they sell. Issue after issue, no remorse. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are even known in the motor trade as being shady and full of lies. They would rather sell awful cars while taking the ‘it’s your word against ours’ stance, instead of delivering the quality service they pretend to specialise in. Absolute shambles of a company, should be completely ashamed. Mark is useless and should not continue to operate in this industry.
A fantastic buying experience. I travelled all the way from Kent after purchasing an amazing specimen of a VW Caddy that I'd been searching months for online. I was originally going to part exchange my old car but after a friend bought it instead, I had to travel by train.
