On March 21, 2015 I contracted with Mr. Deanda to build a fireplace mantle for me. The ters of the contract was that I purchase the lumber and pay Mr. Deanda $100.00 for his labor. Mr. Deanda promised to complete the job in no more than 3-weeks. It has now been 4-weeks and the job has yet to be completed.
