We went in to the agency to ask some questions and get a rate but after speaking with Dana she went over everything very thoroughly so we understood exactly what we wanted and she gave us a great new policy. It was a wonderful experience and Dana was incredible.
I was with a different State Farm agent in Kingman Arizona. I was not getting the personalized service. I felt I needed! I was given the time needed to go over my insurance needs,update my policy. Dana Took the time to explain the insurance coverages I was buying or purchasing into great detail. I highly recommend this office.
