Absolutely DISGUTED by the way this company handles their clients. in all the years i have had insurance on vehicles i owned, this has been the worst experience! I'm so sick of companies like this collecting money, changing rates, and then they can just drop you for using your insurance. Why the hell do you pay for insurance if your going to be penalized so greatly for needing it! They claim to have sent me a letter NEVER got it.
