This was when she had her salon on staples and Yorktown area. She had another lady do my hair who seemed liked she was in training. She kept leaving like every 5 minutes to ask Deana questions about what to do. My hair ended up looking horrible and way to light. When I told her I wanted a toner to tone down the color, she ended up doing it but I had to pay for it.
