Dr Gazzola took a good amount of time recently to help me understand and accept what needed to next be done. She listened to and thoroughly answered my questions. I call that charity. When a physician spends such time soothing/explaining her patient's misunderstandings time after time, I consider that positively necessary, and invaluable.
