I have seen Dr Dean over the past year. I find that the office staff are difficult to deal with. Dr Dean does not order labs herself but requests that the office staff order them for her which is fine, if you know what to order. But these are inexperienced non medical individuals. Labs were missed more than once and every time I have to call to request another lab requisition as the one sent did not contain thyroid studies.
