Is there a rating lower than one? This sorry outfit , as shipping contractor for Cross/Sheaffer Pens, shipped an A.T. Cross order of pens to us supposedly on Oct 28, 2020, by "3-Day Priority Mail" It arrived here today on Dec.17th, with no indication that the original package was misdirected or tampered with. It appears that the package remained at its Rhode Island shipping point for approximately six weeks. No communication from either the shipper or Cross.
