09/28/2023 — Date of incident. I would never recommend dean transportation to anyone. Also never has my child, been talked to or addressed by a professional, the way this bus driver has talked to my child. It is completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and speaks more about the driver then it does my child. I don't know what happened since last year but I'm so beyond over the bus garage already and we're only on day two of the school year. Yesterday morning the bus was 15 minutes late. Yesterday evening it was over half an hour late. This morning 5 minutes late and so far 43 minutes late this evening. Last year you'd get a text saying that your child's bus is running roughly so many minutes behind. This year absolute silence. No communication whatsoever.
