Most of the drivers are rude, feel entitled and incredibly inconsiderate to the homeowners/residents around the bus garage... The speeding, phone usage, horn beeping, sense of entitlement... Absolutely ridiculous. There was a medical emergency today, the ambulance was blocking the road while helping someone who was in the back of it... My kid's bus is late literally every single day. Sometimes it's later and sometimes it's much later. At least our driver, when it's not the sub more than half the time, is nice.

After ringing for 15 mins, I was hung up on. Bus has been 30-40 mins late, no notification.

GRPS needs to do better. The amount of issues I’ve had with Dean Transportation is insane. It is extremely unorganized and consistently runs late, causing kids to be on the bus or waiting for the bus for up to 3 hours. These kids already have long days and then you expect them to be on a hot bus for 2 hours. That does not tell me that you care too much about my child’s well being. I would out zero stars if I had that option. This is my child first time in the bus, it has been nothing but problems since the start of school, first the bus driver doesn’t drop my 5 year old at the bus stop, it took me 45 mins to find my kindergartners. Second the bus never came. I don’t know what’s wrong with these bus drivers or if they be lying but they claim to come pick up your child and does not.
