Had my control arms for a 2018 Forester XT replaced here that were supposed to use the updated bushings per a TSB from Subaru. 40k miles later, these bushings also failed even though they used the new part number, which can only be attributed to improper installation. They did not care about it. Go to Lou Fusz Subaru for service instead. It is worth the drive
Took my brand new Outback in for the 6-month servicing and the next day, my wife found these scratches on the right fender, where are fender protector pad would have been placed. I immediately reported the issue with pictures and I have yet to hear back. That was 12/10/25. Today is 12/24/25, yet no response.
Trying to get your car serviced here is a nightmare. They hung up on me and leave me on hold forever. I’ve been on a spare for a week and a half and they won’t tell me when my new tire is in. They say they’ll call you but never do.
