I called this dealership to ask one simple question about a car. The guy went on to quote me a price on the used car that was about $3,000 more than the advertised price. I said as much and stated that I would pay cash so it should actually be cheaper than the advertised price. He gave me 3 reasons why taking out a loan would be cheaper. End of THAT call. Scott, surprisingly a manager of this dealership was despicable today as I accompanied my mother to discuss options for an issue she experienced with a vehicle purchased here 4 days ago. After finding what I thought would be a perfect vehicle for my mother online she decided to go see; ultimately purchasing the vehicle without me present. Huge mistake but what’s done is done. Ask for JAMES! He was super nice, low pressure and paid attention to.detail. We bought pre-owned and are very happy with our new Jeep. Financing Dept was superb as well.
