I give two thumbs down they advertise 24 hours a day but frown on or will not let you into your own storage unit at night time overpriced and everything they advertise is not true
It's way overpriced for "climate control". If you like to pay online this place makes it hard to do so. If you're a week or two past your payment because you can't get on the site to make a payment, they send nasty threatening emails. I would go elsewhere if you don't have a unit here! Trying to reach a live human being is a nightmare as well once you rent a unit!
RENTERS BEWARE! DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THIS PLACE! I rented a unit in April, but could never access the facility (it has a code to enter and my code never worked). The phone number listed goes to an answering service who could only send emails to the owner/operator and not really assist with anything. I emailed the account more than once with no response.
