I returned an item within their stated return policy window because I’d sold the bike it was going to go on. They charged me a 30% restocking fee after accusing me of having installed and damaged the product. I know I sent back the product in exactly the condition they shipped it to me in- if there was damage to it then it was either a QC issue or a straight up lie on their end.
