Terrible service. Overcharged, as well as payment non communication! The web site specifically states that credit cards are excepted, but was told that they could only except cash at time of tow! Would not recommend these crooks to anyone!!!
We have used them several times. Dependable, reasonable rates and fairly fast service,depends if there is any accidents. We will use again.
I checked several places in Kingsport and Rogersville and could not find a better price in tires , 25 minutes and i was ready to go . I will be back and so will my family , a great place to do business.
My car had broken down on Stone Drive around 11:00 P.M. I called a tow company and they never showed up, a gentleman stopped to help and recomended Dean & Sons , they were there in 20 minutes and had my car fixed the next morning, great service and great rates, my family and I will use Deans from now on.
I was very pleased with how quick the tow truck arrived and how nice they were. I have checked with other wrecker services and no one could match the price. They fixed my car and sent me on.
