I just happed to come across Pratus Insurance and Will Sneed one day a few years ago while scouring the internet, frustrated with my homeowner insurance options. Very disappointed with this company. They recently acquired Dean Smith's agency and have no customer service at all. While it may not be their fault Germania ewent up on my rates for no reason they certainly didn't try to find me cheaper insurance. When I cancelled they charged me again! Twenty-five years with one company ....Do Better!
