Pratus Insurance, and our agent @Will Sneed, quickly provided alternate options that reduced the cost of insurance while maintaining coverage. Will Sneed always acted in our best interest, providing options for us to decide what fit our needs best. My only regret is not having called sooner.
Will stayed late on the phone with me the day before he needed to leave out of town to find the best fit of car insurance for my family. He took his time and worked all the details out with a tight budget. He was so understanding and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone needing car insurance!

I just happed to come across Pratus Insurance and Will Sneed one day a few years ago while scouring the internet, frustrated with my homeowner insurance options. Will emailed me and it’s been such a smooth process ever since! He has gone above and beyond for us every time I’ve contacted him! Very disappointed with this company. They recently acquired Dean Smith's agency and have no customer service at all. While it may not be their fault Germania ewent up on my rates for no reason they certainly didn't try to find me cheaper insurance. When I cancelled they charged me again! Twenty-five years with one company ....Do Better!
