Home owners insurance goes up 40% on renewal. Been with this company for 20 years and never a claim. Called today to let ask them why is it going up 40% and the response is the cost of lumber. Really! Got the same quoted insurance from progressive home for 5800.00 versus 11,000.00. They obviously don’t value good clients or loyalty. Recommendation is to shop and not work with these guys. Same happened with auto insurance .
