Cannot recommend these guys enough. Smashed Chevy Silverado window. Multiple other places wanted weeks to order glass. Called these guys. Out within 2hrs to supply and install. Very professional. 💙💙💙

Utterly disgraceful. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a specific time for my windscreen replacement and was told “no problem, booked in.” That statement turned out to be completely meaningless. No one showed up. No one called. After waiting 40 minutes past the agreed time, I had to chase them myself - only to be fobbed off with “Natasha will call you back in 5 minutes.” That “5 minutes” turned into 40. Two extremely rude and unhelpful office girls hung up on me twice because I was so shocked at the price of how much it would cost to have my windscreen replaced - my car having been pelted one evening with a baseball bat for god knows what reason. Not nice to have happen to you! And then to be quoted $1200 + to have it sorted. I was a bit shocked. I asked why it cost so much?
