Dean Restoration did a fantastic job restoring my parapet wall and beautifying the front of my building.. They did an excellent job communicating with me and showed me all the materials they used. They finished the job within. Couple of weeks which I was very happy to see . Also they are compliant with local law 11 and got all my violations removed. Thank you Dean and your entire team !!

Dean Restoration did a fantastic job restoring the facade on my brownstone building. Since there was a lot of deterioration on the upper floors with the gutters, windows and roof, they communicated with me using Whatsapp video in real time. In this way I could see the issues and approve the work in real time. They gave me very fair estimates and showed me the work that was being done with the materials they were using. The concrete steps leading from the street level into our cellar were deteriorated badly and needed to be replaced. After seeking out several bids, we selected Dean Restoration for the work. This was based on his quick response in giving us a bid, recommendation to replace the steps with durable bluestone instead of concrete and for his fair pricing when compared with other bids that we received. Had our parapet replaced. Overall a great experience would recommend. Biggest worry was getting the job passed from DOB and they did.
