Well kept and managed well.
I have lived in KC most of my life it was quite an experience to go into the underground cave. I can't wait to take my grandkids. A little scary.
Cramped and dark. Hard to feel safe down there. They need to update their lighting to bright LED's and they could even save some money on energy. Not that they have to worry about that because of the constant temperature down there. Always holds the exhaust of vehicles as well.
