Beware I called Dean's to have a thermostat installed on a rental unit. They were quick to get me on schedule and I let the office knew that we would not be present during the installation. The technician arrived and called me a few times to help him locate the unit, etc. Once he was almost finished (about 6:30pm), he called me again and was struggling to connect the unit to the WIFI. My ac caught on fire and I called these people they came out and told me I would have to replace the unit and they worked with me while I got the money from my house insurance ... Give them 100 percent on customer service and working hard. Including they ain't scared of pits . Love them I will always use these people
