My husband and I just bought a new Sonata from Porter and we are so happy, both with the car and the amazing service. It was our first time buying a new car and it was a painless experience thanks to Jack Dempsey. I highly recommend dealing with him for anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

The service department is a very professional, well run team. Service is always easily scheduled and completed on-time. The technicians are highly trained and do an excellent job. The service staff and management are courteous and polite. I strongly recommend using the Kelly Chevrolet Cadillac Service Department.

Kelly's has awesome service from Sales to Service. Lisa is the gal to call when you are looking for your next car. The Service Department is quick to respond to concerns or questions about your car. They are both professional and courteous. We've been long time customers and plan to continue.

I had my 2010 Hyundai Sante Fee worked on last friday 11/21/2014, after being required to make 2 trips to the dealership due to the fact they do not stock inventory to cut cost. This was in order to get the outside passenger door handle mechanisim fixed. I picked the vehicle up at 1:30 PM and drove it 90 miles home, unfortunaley I assumed it worked after being charged almost $600 and did not check it. The next morning went to drive the vehicle not only does the outside not work but neither does the inside work!!!! Can not op... read more

spent 4 hrs trying to get a service person on the phone. i recorded message on all three advisers phone s but to no avail i guess your not interested in the. results of adding a liquid the show up a oil leak . ill call gm monday possibly they are interested,a return call would have been a common curtesy. also on my last visit your people got oil all over my headliner THANKS

Just bought my first car, and the entire Porter Hyundai team made the experience easier than I could have imaged. For the entire time I was there, it felt like I was hanging out and taking care of business with friends. I definitely recommend going to their store for your next car purchase!
