I went to this clinic because of coughing, sore throat and chest discomfort. I was taken to the exam room, where I waited for 40 minutes without anyone coming in to see me or notify me of a delay. I then got up and left. To get the appointment I was on hold for 20 minutes the first time and hung up, then called back 2 hours later and waited more than 10 minutes before I could talk to someone
