While I love Dr M and my kids have been going to him for 12 years, in the last several years he has been impossible to see. You have to make an appointment 3-4 months in advance and forget it if you end up with a conflict, you are out another 3-4 months. It is frustrating as going to the doctor for kids is already frightening and so going to someone they feel comfortable with is very important. Maybe he has taken on too many new patients and no longer has flexibility for us long time patients?
