The team that came to do the work in my home was excellent and did an outstanding job. The workers were friendly, respectful, and took great care to protect my home throughout the process. However, my experience with the project manager, Mr. Mixon, was disappointing—he was consistently rude and abrasive over the phone. If I require their services again, I will definitely request a different project manager. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the on-site crew.
