Attorneys can only fight and win based on the information provided and able to be researched and investigated. I hear people saying they lost their case and never filed their lawsuit but you don’t hear them saying what they did to help delay the process or the lawsuit from being filed timely.
We are from NJ and we purchased a property in FL. The seller was represented by Dean Mead a law firm from Orlando. We were very impressed by the professional handling by this firm especially Mr Alexander L Van Heyde Esq.
