Always in a rush. Actually told me that he didn’t have time for me. That he had spent too much time with me & he had critical patients to check. This office had changed my appt from Tues to Thursday. I did arrive 5 min late due to heavy fog. He was upset bec I didn’t understand medical terms ( I’m not a doc) . Very rude!
Dr. Bernardo had always been a awesome doctor but recently they dropped me as a patient. THEY cancelled an appointment in January and asked me to reschedule but I forgot to do so. The next thing I know I am getting a letter in the mail from his office. Very disappointing. He is however a really good doctor. Therefore, I would recommend him just be careful about appointments.
