Dean provided incorrect information about the property and the contract of purchase and sale, resulting in a surprise increase of $18,000 to us at close for our purchase. Luckily, we were able to work with the listing agent to remove $11,000 of the increase, but Dean and the managing broker, David Higgins, did not accept responsibility for the error or offer to make me whole. Profits over customer service, I guess! Very disappointed!
