Dr Lin took time with me prior to surgery and gave me my options, which he explained the way that I understood and made it easier to decide. After surgery 1 week, I have contacted his office with questions that i received quick replies. I am walking with no pain. I have been treated very professional. I'd give no stars if I could. I have insurance where my primary doctor has to give me a referral. Saw her on 1/19. Have been calling ever since to try and get an appointment and all I reach is a recording to leave my name and number. They open at 7:30. I called this morning starting at 7:29 and kept dialing over and over again. I reached the same recording AGAIN. Ridiculous way to do business especially when you're dealing with patients who are in severe pain.

I've had degenerating discs and 2 previous surgeries with no relief. Walking was so painful even with a cane and rolling walker. A good friend told me about Dr. Lin, so I was able to see him within 3 weeks. He explained that he could help me, but it's a very intense surgery. I went for it, and I can't explain how happy I am. I feel Dr. Lin worked a miracle on me. I can't thank him and all the after care people enough. I'm still recovering, but that initial pain is completely gone, and I can stand up straight!!!
