Great experience. Very personable and did a great job.
My husband and I are having fertility issues and he had been referred to Dr. Lenz. Not only did his office LOSE my husband’s semen sample, we only found this out because we called the office after not hearing of results for more than a month. When the doctor ordered another (which we dropped off at the hospital) my husband received concerning results. It has been almost TWO months since the results became available and my husband still hasn’t heard from the doctor about next steps, even after calling the nurses line repeated... read more
Dr. Lenz and is staff are the best. They truly care about my health. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
I had a kidney stone stuck in my ureter. I had to have two surgeries. One w/Dr Hoff to add a stent. Then about 2 weeks later Dr Shumate exchanged the stent and removed the stone. Both of these Drs were great. I also saw Dr Paula Bundy for the first time the day before my first Surgery. She was also great. Very no nonsense and gets right to the point. The surgery scheduler Lyndsay is awesome as well. Very kind & compassionate and helpful. The only thing i haven’t had a great experience with are the nurses that answer question... read more
