I called "Dean" to cancel my health plan in Dec of 25. Spoke to someone in India who I could barely understand. I was told my plan was canceled and I would be receiving a confirmation letter in two weeks. I asked for a confirmation number but was told they couldn't provide one (which pretty much told me I was being lied to).
