Roland is top notch! A few years ago, he sold me and installed a converted brand new front subframe to fit my 2010 9-3 XWD sedan, and for the work required to change out my severely rotted out subframe, I thought he was very reasonable! They are not easy to change! I then spotted a 2011 9-3 XWD Aero sedan, several months later with 68,400mi on it and moved up to that on a trade, since I was pushing 180,000mi on the 2010. The service on my Volvo was pricey, I felt. Overall the lack of clear communication from Roland was the biggest source of disappointment for me. The mechanical issues that I was told over the phone as well as the price I was quoted on the phone were not the same as the day when I went to pick up the auto. He kept trying to show me worn out parts from my car after the service, instead of just answering my direct questions. He kept laughing off my questions and changing the subject.

I had a sob for sale that one of their customers wanted them to look at, and although they did not give a good rating to the car they were exceptionally professional, and they kept the very clean shop which impresses me from being in the car business. Good job guys.

Best customer service I’ve ever received, I came in just to get my key programmed and he did a safety check with me for free and made sure that my vehicle was in good shape without me even asking. Roland was also able to put things in terms that a 22-year-old girl could understand. They will give you better service than your own dad!
