Nursing staff is SO bad. Had a question about my 2 month old and Michelle acted so rude over the phone, didn’t help or answer my questions. Every time I talk to nursing staff it’s not a good experience. I have a great experience with in person appointments though.
I have been told repeatedly by providers at Dean I can go to any of their locations to have labs done after they’ve been ordered. I went to the clinic in Oregon, WI because it’s closest to me and for one of the tests it’s best if I have my blood drawn while actively symptomatic. However, the technician didn’t feel experienced enough to handle the blood tests my doctor had ordered and told me I would be better off going to a different location 20 minutes away. The healthcare providers at SSM are amazing but their billing is an absolute nightmare. As much as I loved my providers, I can no longer in continue with them due to SSM’s archaic billing system and consistent errors in billing patients despite EOBs stating otherwise. It’s been a huge pain getting these problems resolved and is no longer worth it despite the great care I have received.
