Dean charged our automated premium withdrawal TWICE this fall for 7x the amount due ($2400). Both times, we had to wait 30+ minutes to get someone on the phone; both times, it took over 45 days to be reimbursed for the correct amount. They do not apologize or offer any reimbursement for the trouble. They are polite, but there's no accountability.
