I attempted to schedule an appointment with Dr. Carstenson but was told nothing available until mid October. My issue could not wait, after seeing her NP who sent me to ER. While in the waiting room a gentleman walked in and asked for an appointment and she offered him 2 days out/ Thursday. How is that possible? After thoughtful consideration, I called back today to request her as my primary and now I have to be seen by her and get a referral 1st what a joke
