Great overall experience but take care if you have a veteran's benefits debt. I was treated with respect and felt very comfortable with the process thanks to Mr. Jeremy Jones and the team there. It can be a little frustrating going through assistants when a problem arises but that would be anywhere you go. My main warning is this: If you have a debt with VA Debt Management, don't count on that being cleared.
