In my case; my appointment time was 2 pm I came 07:00 am it was Friday. They are said am lucky guy and unloading me
Slow!!!
Avoid frozen dept. Been 40 minutes waiting for them to get me checking in!!!!! No one want to go out and theres a loader just get in and he did not even help and said just stay there outside someone will get you like what the heck???? This place doesnt respect drivers they just let you wait even you already press the botton to alert them!!!! How come you cant just go out like few minutes to let me know what should i do. Respect us if you want also to get respected!!!!!
I arrived at 5:30 PM, a day before my appointment, and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service. Scot at receiving came out right away, greeted me politely, and let me know they’d unload me immediately. He assigned me to Door 10 and handled everything quickly and professionally. Scot was respectful, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Truly one of the best receiving experiences I’ve had. Thank you, Scot!
It was my first time there had a great experience first of all they got signs telling you what to do you'll be surprised the places I go they don't do that Aplus went to door I gentleman told me he had to unload a trailer when he pull it out hit that dock fast unloading would go back anytime.
