Dean came and tuned our piano and went out of his way to make a trip the very night we called. I was so impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He was able to give me some great details on the era in which my piano was built, the company, and tips and tricks on how to bring back it's original luster and finish. He brought the pitch up on our 1918 Kurzmann, and then tuned it accurately with his professional equipment. He was polite, fun, courteous, and friendly.
