Very poor service at the KC location. Dean & DeLuca was highly recommended to me, so went yesterday evening to see what my sister was raving about. I received absolutely no help - told two different people I'd never been there before. One replied with "so do you want to order something or not?" The other just stared. We should have left right then, but thought maybe the food would make up for the bad service. Gorgeous store with really friendly and polite staff
My husband and I were treated horribly at their KC location a few hours ago. As I was paying for a gift, they proceeded to interrogate my husband on whether he had paid for a soda (which he had, because we had just had lunch and the bottle was almost empty). The guy at the register didn't care and was going to ring it up anyways, until I repeatedly said no. Then he proceeded to give me a torn dollar bill as change.
