Very good..I couldn't make it in the clinic dr and staff know I don't have transportation. So at times she will see me thru video. Which is so very helpful to me.as not only do I suffer transportation I also suffer from a personality disorder and very hard for me to even step out my door. My base line is high strung and dr n staff know exactly how to communicate with me.im sporadic with my attitude at times and can seem rude.but not once was I yelled at or punished..I can never change clinics nor do I want to.
