Very nice gentleman, BUT he seems to be a one man operation and has gotten too big for himself. Rarely answers phone and takes a long time to respond to messages. This was all before hiring, so his motto about being a company that wants to earn your business does not seem to be very accurate. His estimates are very vague with no specific information regarding costs, simply a list of things to be done and one giant number at the end.
