I had a terrible experience with Dr Chow office I could never reach a life person to call me back or talk to a person I gave forms to fill out they just don't respond the doctor was great but the office is terrible I left numerous messages they never return a call I have to give him a less than a one star
I met Dr. Dean Chou at Columbia Neurosurgery in NYC, with regard to a herniated disc. At the time of our first meeting I was in a lot of pain and had radiculopathy symptoms down my left arm causing weakness. Dr. Chou recommended surgery but as I was having a cortisone injection i decided to wait. I met him a second time and we scheduled surgery. Amazing neurosurgeon who just completed my cervical disk replacement. Dr. Chou is an exceptional physician and I feel truly grateful for finding him at a time when I was experiencing debilitating pain. During my consult, Dr. Chou was attentive to my concerns and needs, he answered all of my questions, and offered several options.
