If more people were like Dean the world would be a better place. He was busy but kind enough to fit me in when I had an engine warning light, didnt charge me at all as it was a quick fix (the Audi dealership would have charged me an arm & a leg) and he explained exactly what was happening with my car. He is technically very talented and experienced but also a really great guy and honest person. Highly recommended and wont take my car to anyone else.
Dean had numerous opportunities to fix and deliver on time, but instead, he made countless excuses. Do not trust this man with your car. He is unreliable and untrustworthy. We referred a close work colleague to Dean for car repairs, and nine months later, the car is still with Dean, accompanied by more excuses.
Deans a great guy , as a woman he has given me the most information about my car , problems no one has advised me about. Has saved me & my car. Thank you Dean !!!!
Dean has been looking after my car now for a few years Being a single mum I know I can trust him and never feel like I’m been ripped off or miss lead
Had a problem with the roof on my Merc, hydrolics not working. Dean sorted parts needed and repaired. Good job and thanks old mate.
