This was by far the worst dental office experience I’ve ever had. I originally scheduled a regular cleaning, and a few days before the appointment, I mentioned I was feeling slight pain. They told me, “No problem—just come in and we’ll check to see if you’re ready for the cleaning.” I came in, they looked at my mouth for 10 minutes, and then charged me $140 for what they called a “check-up.” No cleaning, no treatment—just a quick look. My kids had a very good experience. Dr Brown is friendly and patient. He diagnosed correctly and recommended a reputable oral surgeon for my kids to get their wisdom teeth pulled.
Today was my first visit and it wasn’t a simple procedure. Dr. Brown gave me the impression throughout the entire visit that he truly cares about my teeth, which is really the most important thing you want from a doctor. Every step of the way, he explained exactly what he was doing. This brought me into the process, and was very calming. He’s a very gentle and caring doctor, with a lot of experience. I highly recommend!
