I consult with people in choosing the right entity to conduct their business. Be it an S Corp, a C Corp or a LLC, I discuss the pros and cons of each. I like to stay as simple as possible. In other words, I like to keep the paperwork to a minimum. I also prepare trust and estate returns.

I had recently moved to the area from out of state and found Dean Berning on Yelp. I called him to find out about his pricing and was shocked at the price for a simple tax return (over $300 - my previous tax professional charged $100 for the same services). When I commented that this was fairly high, he assured me that he treats every tax return like he would his own, so that is why I decided to book an appointment for mine and my husband's tax return.
