I live in Oklahoma and was looking for an unusual sized well seal. I ran across their website through a google search. I messaged them to ask a question and I received a reply very quickly from Ryan. I ordered the part and received it in a couple of days from UPS. It is exactly what I needed. Fantastic service, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will buy from them again next time I need well supplies!
By far, the BEST customer service I've had in a long time. I live all the way in California and could not get anyone to help me with my well. I spoke with JJ Croft over the phone, he had me email him videos of my well and the symptoms it was having. We went through it together over the phone. He made it very clear I needed to get someone out there to service it hands on, but I couldn't be more thankful to have been able to speak to someone who was at least WILLING to inform me on the well system.
