I had a great experience with Theo & Dean collision Repair. My 2018 Maserati was rear ended and my back bumper had dents and side scrapes and my back up camera was broken - they were great and set me up with another Maserati rental and took great care of me / very attentive - i hope i dont get hit again but if I did I will definitely go back to them!
Tried to rip me off. Quoted me 4500 for cosmetic damage. Total cost of parts online via the Toyota website was less than $150. Received parts in less than a week. Replacing the parts took me less than a day. I’m not mechanically inclined at all. (Will be getting it painted professionally to match the rest, all together well under $1000) They might do great work if insurance is paying for it, but would not recommend otherwise.

HORRIBLE!! Brought them my 2012 Buick Lacrosse fully loaded leather, sunroof, In-dash GPS, heated seats and more!! They send me out with a base model Corolla that smells like someone used it as a bathroom with the stains to match! I complained when they brought it out and my concerns went unheard. I work over a hour each direction by Boston and I'm 99% positive I'll be calling a tow truck on day 1. The complete lack of respect!!
