I have been shopping there for many years and not once have I bought bad produce. The corn on the cob has always been fresh, never a bug or bad ear.
Very rude staff, I understand having a bad day but DO NOT take that out on me and if I let you know I don’t appreciate something done during my transaction then apologize not act like I’m the one in the wrong. Also, the prices are high compared to the local grocery stores.
Have cashiers that are polite and informative instead of rude and racist!

Everything is the absolute freshest available!
This is absolutely my fav place to stop and grab dinner. Fresh veggies, fun flowers for my yard and table for a quick deco and delicious bread!
I love Dean & Dons, I have been shopping there for 20 plus years and I have always gotten the freshest veggies. I will drive from Smitthfield just to shop there. I highly recommend this place and if you ever have questions or need help the employees there have always been helpful.
