We went into this store not knowing whether we'd be able to get the parts we needed for our caravan and we were very pleasantly surprised! The lady behind the counter was very welcoming and helpful and we left the store with part in hand and so pleased such helpful service is still available in this day and age. We'd strongly recommend supporting this business if you need anything for your caravan.
The electric brake break-away cable of my caravan broke on a recent trip to the Bivouac Junction caravan park and another Charters Towers business recommended Dealz on Deane St in Charters Towers as a business that may be able to help. Although not very hopeful, I contacted them by phone a little after midday on a Saturday and spoke with a lady called Joanne. Joanne returned to the business and opened up so I could buy a replacement cable. Many thanks to you Joanne for opening after hours. Very happy with the service.

With an unexpected breakage whilst en route to Belyando Crossing and Charters Towers. Without mobile coverage, when we got close to CT, we googled to find a business that might be able to help, both with the replacement part and fitting. We were so fortunate to find this business. They went above and beyond all expectations.
